- 1 large carrot chopped
- mixed salad greens
- 2 baked yams cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes halved
- cayenne powder
- juice of a fresh lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped small
- dash of Cholula
