Mexi-Yam Salad

Yams are full of B6, potassium, vitamin C and manganese. Which means digging into this salad may help help lower your blood pressure and increase your metabolism. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot chopped
  • mixed salad greens
  • 2 baked yams cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • cayenne powder
  • juice of a fresh lime
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped small
  • dash of Cholula

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
